UTPA will be a test site for the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam, the first step toward obtaining licensure as a professional engineer. EE students graduating in May, August, or December 2009 are eligible to take the exam. Registration is through the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and is done online at www.tbpe.state.tx.us. The registraton deadline is March 6, 2009 and the exam itself is April 25, 2009.
